Follow-ups after Discharge of 23 Patients with Abdominal Stoma after Radical Cystectomy and Urinary Diversion

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of follow-ups after discharge of 23 patients with abdominal stoma after radical cystectomy and urinary diversion and to provide effective nursing methods. Methods Follow-ups in discharge, 3 months and 6 months after discharge were conducted among 23 patients to collect information about the knowledge related to stoma, the quality of life and self-care of stoma. Results The differences of the knowledge related to stoma, the quality of life and self-care of stoma showed statistic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The follow-ups after discharge can improve patients' KAP and it is beneficial to improving patients' quality of life and self-care ability.关键词
