PTA废水的沉降模型分析、验证与应用
Theoretical analysis, validation and application of TA particle settlement model in PTA wastewater

Abstract
During the pretreatment of PTA wastewater, the mathematical sedimentation model of suspended PA particles was foundmental for equipment design and optimization for operational conditions. According to the behavior of gravity sedimentation of TA particles in PTA wastewater, the theoretical speed model a-mended by empirical factors was developed from Stokes formula as;Ut =0. 537 4d2p(pp -p)/μ. The model was tested and verified by the experimental gravity sedimentation measurement. The results showed that the error between the theoretical model and the experimental measurement was within 9% ,and its relation between operating conditions and separation targets provided a technical basis for improving the separation efficiency of practical process units of PTA wastewater sedimentation pretreatment.关键词
