摘要
Abstract
Four 11 -deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid 3,30-bisdesmosides were synthesized. C3-0H and C30-COOH of 11 -deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid were coupled as glycosyl-receptors with the benzoyl glycoyl trichloroacetimidates through one-pot glycosylation method on the promotion of TMSOTf to afford 11 -deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid 3,30-bisdesmosides (6a, 6b, 6c,6d). The structures were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy( 1H NMR). The result indicated β glycosidic bond.关键词
