摘要
Abstract
To improve the orthogonality between statistical multiple-input multiple-output ( MIMO) radar waveforms, this paper presents a new method of waveform design which combines frequency modulation (FM) and time hopping. A chaotic FM signal is used as a pulse signal, and Costas random time-hopping to several pulses is processed. The orthogonality between waveforms is raised using chaotic FM and Costas random time-hopping diversity. On the basis of the establishment of signal models,the MATLAB software is used to simulate the design signal. The simulation results show that the method can generate many waveforms with correlation values below -25 dB and improve the orthogonality and solve the problem that the orthogonality is reduced between multiple transmit signals.关键词
