摘要
Abstract
To analyze the effects of high intensity pulsed electric field(PEF)on seeds,a nanosecond gas spark switch which matched the high altitude electromagnetic pulse simulation waveform in MIL-STD-461F was developed combining of pulsed power technology with computer aided design technology. A dynamic simulating model taking the influences of the spark gap resistance and the switch structure capacitance into consideration was established using Simulink basing on the analysis of gas spark switch discharge principle. Using this model, simulations with different load, switch inductance and switch capacitance were done to analyze their influence or the nanosecond pulse characteristics which gave references for switch design. A nanosecond gas spark switch sample was made and a 25 kV pulse voltage with 2. 5 ns rise time and 18 ns pulse width was obtained on 50 Ω load. The work set the stage for the further research on the effects of PEF on seeds.关键词
