Abstract
According to the requirements of sustainable development of water resources, the management modernization of the hydraulic projects may involve the following aspects: management philosophy,management system and mechanism,management techniques,management level,and management talents. On the basis of the management modernization, the evaluation index system of the hydraulic projects is developed systematically. In this paper,each quantitative indicator of the evaluation index system is defined, and its calculation formula and evaluation methods are also presented. A case study using this evaluation index system suggests that this system can clearly reflect the current development level of the hydraulic project management, which indicates that the evaluation index system is effective and applicable.关键词
