Numerical Solution of Fredholm Integro-differential Equation with Legendre Multi-wavelets Method
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the continuous Legendre multi-wavelets constructed on [0,1) are used to solve a class of Fredholm integro-differential equation.The Legendre multi-wavelets approximating method is utilized to reduce the integro-differential equation to the algebraic equations.Compared to CAS wavelets method and to Legendre wavelets method by numerical examples,Legendre multi-wavelets method is more efficient and accurate than the ordinary ones,especially when the equation solution is a linear function.关键词
