Abstract
Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the relevant theory to analyse Ningxia occupational university teachers' current situation qualitatively and quantitatively. Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process method to determine index system. A case study is conducted. The reference to the construction of high occupational college teachers team is provided.关键词
