宁夏高校体育教师职业高原现状与应对策略的研究
The Situations and Coping Strategies of Career Plateau in College Teachers of Physical Education in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
According to the differences analysis of three-dimension of career plateau, age of teaching and professional title, and the correlation analysis of career-plateau and the job satisfaction in college teachers of physical education in Ningxia, the characteristic of the career plateau is revealed. And meanwhile we resolve the reason of the generating career plateau on college teachers of physical education in Ningxia by comprehensive survey, and it gives an effective strategies of the breaking career plateau from individual conditions of the teachers and external conditions. It is very important for helping college teachers of physical education to be out of career-plateau and promoting teachers to have the further development on their careers.关键词
