Abstract
In this paper, first several definitions and differences among the system, General Complex Large System and system of systems(SoS) are compared. Then it puts forward a kind of Maturity Developing Model to describe the evolutive process of the SoS in area of battle-space C4ISR applications, so that Integration can be thought as a high level status of the SoS's maturity. Finally, by using the SoS's Maturity Developing Model, it should be pointed out that a successful SoS could not be constructed through a single super system, and also some lessons can be learned from the evolution of the US Naval air theater defense systems.关键词
