摘要

Abstract

At present, most dryers of the paper machine section use siphon-type condensed water discharging devices. Due to the impact of remaining water in dryer, traditional dryer had low drying efficiency with uneven heating of paper-page. Considering these disadvantages of traditional dryer, the paper modified the traditional structure by taking multiport dryer as condensed drainage device, carried out the theoretic analysis of new-type multiport dryer and designed the port' wall as well as cylinder lid of new-type multiport dryer and then analyzed the stress of new multiport dryer. With ANSYS software, the results show that designed multiport dryer structure can meet the stress requirements. Multiport dryer can change the existent drainage and get better efficiency.
