摘要

Abstract

This paper adopted high performance STC89C516RD + MCU, which can control stepping motor to accomplish the task of inching, forwarding fast, working feed and locating precisely. The position system is realized through the origin set and the numbers of pulse precisely controlled. The paper also solves the problems, which it's difficult for drill to locate precisely on the surface of rigid material and discharge metal scrap. Compared with the traditional manual drilling machine, the servo drilling machine is easy to control, high accuracy and high production efficiency.
