摘要

Abstract

This paper introduced a new type of enhanced hybrid stepping motor, which had radial- magnetizing permanent magnet materials installed in the stator slots. In this paper, three-dimensional magnetic field FEM analysis of the enhanced hybrid stepping motor were carried out by ANSYS software. The FEM analysis results show a good agreement with the lab test results. The results show that the maximum static torque of enhanced hybrid stepping motor is improved over 60% comparing with hybrid stepping motor, and the overall performance of the hybrid stepping motor is greatly improved.
