摘要

Abstract

Taking the 180 t ×24. 85 m metallurgy overhead travelling crane as the object, this paper studies the crane bridge structure deformation and stress distribution by means of finite element analysis software Ansys and contrasts with the site test results. The results show that the maximum deflection of the crane, the equivalent static Von Mises stress and the first-order natural frequency comply with the crane design specification. Non-destructive testing indicates there are cracks on the lower cover plate on the north girder of the crane bridge structure. Studying the fatigue life of the crane cracks through finite element analysis and damage tolerance design and the obtained data can provide reference for the daily maintenance and safety evaluation of the crane.
