巴西橡胶树HbRPS6-2基因的克隆与生物信息学分析
Cloning and Bioinformatic Analysis of the Gene HbRPS6-2 from Hevea brasiliensis

Abstract
A high homologous RPS6 gene sequence was isolated by screening Brazilian rubber tree methylation filtration library. According to its sequences information, a novel full-length RPS6 termed HbRPS6-2 was obtained by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The sequence contained 1 327 bp in length with a 483 bp open reading frame (ORF)> flanked by a 357 bp 5'-UTR and a 475 bp 3'-UTR. It encoded 161 amino acids. No signal peptide and transmembrane structure were predicted within HbRPS6-2. The result of secondary structure predicted showed that the protein was classified as mixed type. There was a strong hydrophobic region in the N-terminal 18 amino acids of HbRPS6-2, but the entire polypeptide chain was hydrophilic. The result of phylogenetic tree indicated that HbRPS6-2 displayed a high degree of sequence similarity to PaRPS6, and had a low degree of sequence similarity to AtRPS6, ZmRPS6 and so on.关键词
