摘要
Abstract
The cDNA sequence of the chalcone isomerase gene (Ah) numbered JN412735 in GeneBank was amplified by RT-PCR and RACE from Aras hypogaea L.. The anlyasis indicated that the cDNA sequence was 106 1 bp, encoded 209 amino acids with high homology to from other higher plants, contained the highly conserved catalytic active sites .关键词
