土壤重金属污染对上海青根伸长的抑制效应研究
Influence of Soil Heavy Metal Pollution on the Root Elongation of Brassica rapa L.

Abstract
We employed Brassica rapa L. Seed to study the eco-toxicity effects of single pollution and combined pollution of Cu, Zn, Pb and Ni on seed germination rate, shoot elongation and root elongation. Results indicated that at the same concentration, the eco-toxicity sensibility orders of heavy metals on seed germination rate, shoot elongation and root elongation was root elongation>shoot elongation>germinating rate. The eco-toxicity sequence orders of heavy metals on root elongation was Ni>Cu>Zn>Pb. There was no significant relation between inhibition rate of root elongation and soil pH. Soil organic matter and nutrient content had very great buffer ability on heavy metal pollution. The effects of combined pollution of heavy metals on Brassica rapa L. Was synergistic in root elongation.关键词
