香蕉与枯萎病菌互作中3种酚类物质的含量变化研究
Changes of Three Phenol Compounds Content during the Interaction of Banana and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense

Abstract
In this study, high perfoimance liquid chromatographic method was used to analyze the changes of three phenols content in the roots of two different resistant banana cultivare at different period with artificial inoculation of Fusariun oxysporun f.sp. Cubense. The results showed that the contents of salicylic acid, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid in the roots of the two treated groups were all higher than that in the control and the increasing range in the resistant variety was higher and reached the peak faster than that in the susceptible variety. At the same time, the contents of salicylic acid and chlorogenic acid in the resistant variety were obviously higher than that in the susceptible variety, but there were no significant differences of ferulic acid contents in two cultivars.关键词
