海南蔗区甘蔗黄叶病与花叶病发生情况的分子鉴定
The Varieties and Molecular Identification of Viral Diseases in Sugarcane Cultivating in Hainan Province
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence situation of viral diseases in sugarcane was investigated in 24 towns, 8 counties in Hainan Province. And two main types of viral diseases occurred in this region, including sugarcane yellow leaf disease caused by Sugarcane yellow-leaf virus and sugarcane mosaic disease caused by Sorghum mosaic virus. Sugarcane yellow-leaf disease was more wide spread than sugarcane mosaic disease. Its detection rate reached 75%. With status of the viral pathogen infection, it is emergent to plant disease-free seedlings to prevent these diseases in Hainan and even nationwide sugarcane production regions.关键词
