摘要

Abstract

The phosphor of ZnO : Eu3+ was synthesized by oxalate precipitation method. The sensibilization of Li + and the effect of SiO2 coating on the properties of ZnO: Eu3 + , Li+ phospher was investigated. The phase composition, morphology and luminescent properties of the powders derived from the sintered precursor were characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and PL. The results show that the ability of transfer energy from ZnO to Eu3 + become better attribute to doping Li+. The crystal particle of phosphors was separated by coating SiO2 and its excitation spectrum was affected.
