Growth of BaF2 Crystal with Large Scale
摘要
Abstract
By designing appropriate temperature field of the furnace using simulation software, and optimizing the processes of purifying the raw material (BaF2) and the conditions of crystal growth, the BaF2 single crystal with large scale and high quality has been grown successfully by modified Bridgman method. The transmittance of the BaF2 crystal is more than 85% at wavelength from 0.2 μm to 12 μm, and its maximum is up to about 94%.关键词
