A stabilized finite element method for Darcy-Stokes program
摘要
Abstract
In fluid mechanics,Darcy-Stokes model for free flow and seepage flow injection system has been built coexistence,need to study both the Darcy problem and the Stokes problem for the finite element method. With the introduction of new variables, Recently Masud and Hughes proposed a stabilized mixed finite element formulation for Darcy flow. In this paper, the authors present a uniform application of the stability of the Finite Element Method for the Darcy and Stokes equations. This method can be seen as promotion and application of Hughes's stabilized finite element method. The resulting finite-element formulation is consistent and stable. And an error estimate is obtained.关键词
