摘要
Abstract
A commercial process combined the tower for toluene with the tower for xylene was simulated by sequential modular approach with thermodynamics model. The results showed that high-quality toluene with a mass fraction of 99. 95% and xylene with a mass fraction of 99. 85% can be obtained from this designed process. Furthermore, the effects of theoretical plates number, feed stage, D/F ratio, as well as the mass reflux ratio on the product quality were estimated by sensitivity analysis simulation method. Optimal conditions were obtained for the operation of the separation process of aromatic mixture.关键词
