共振光散射法测定亚铁氰化钾的研究
Research on Determination of Potassium Ferrocyanide by Resonance Light Scattering Method

Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of potassium ferrocyanide is developed by resonance light scattering (RLS) method. In acid solution, potassium ferrocyanide reacts with ferric chloride, so the RLS intensity is enhanced greatly. A RLS peak at 315 ran is obtained and its intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of potassium ferrocyanide. The lineal range is 4.0 ~ 30 μg/mL with the limit of 4.0 μg/L for the potassium ferrocyanide and the correlational coefficiency is 0.999 1. The relativ-standard deviation is 1.85% ~3.05%. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been applied to the determination of potassium ferrocyanide and the result is satisfactory.关键词
