7种黔产补益类中草药抗氧化性的研究
Study on the Antioxidantion of Seven Chinese Tonic Herbs Yielded in Guizhou
摘要
Abstract
Seven Chinese tonic herbs namely atractylodes macrocephala koidz, heterophylly falsestarwort root,Chinese knotweed, epimedium brevicornum maxim, ophiopogon root, herba dendrobii, manyflower solomonseal rhizome yielded in Cuizhou Province have been chosen to evaluate their antioxidant activities of eliminating radicals of ? OH, O2- ? And DPPH ? By using their extracts respectively from ethanol and water. Compared with vitamin C, their antioxidant capabilities were evaluated quantitatively and the antioxidant activities in rapeseed oil were determined with oven-storage. The results showed that the seven Chinese tonic herbs all had certain scavenging effect upon ? OH , O2- ? And DPPH ? And high antioxidant activity to rapeseed oil.关键词
