双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗地震灾区(汶川)腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的多中心临床研究
Efficacy of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in earthquake area(Wenchuan)

Abstract
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS in earthquake area( Wenchuan). Methods A total of 84 patients were received live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets. IBS-related symptoms and stool consistency were recorded at the beginning and the end of the treatment phase. The adverse events were recorded during the treatment too. Results The rate of improvement of IBS-related symptoms and stool consistency was 90. 9% after the treatment,while the abdominal pain was not improved significantly. There were 3 adverse events which had no truck with the treatment. Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets can improve the IBS-related symptoms and stool consistency significantly with highly tolerance and safety.关键词
