摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the cause of bile leaking after hepatectomy ,to find the method of prevention and treatment. Methods 17 cases of bile leaking after hepatectomy have been retrospective analysis in our department from July 2007 to May 2011. Results 17 cases of bile leaking finding time was fourth to sixteenth post-operation, draining volume was ten to three hundred milliliter. 17 cases have been cured,no case was practiced second operation. Conclusion Bile leaking is possible after hepatectomy,it is useful for prevention bile leaking to carefully observe hepatectomy wound surface, Biliary tract water injection test and common bile duct T tube drain for high risk case.关键词
