摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effectiveness of radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoids in patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. Methods 187 patients(374 eyes) with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were treated with radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoids. Following up the patients for 3 months to 3 years. Results All patients had subjective improvement in the symptom of pain, photophobia, and tearing. The degree of proptosis was improved. Conclusion Radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoidss effective in thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.关键词
