摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of bi-level positive airway pressure ( Bipap ) treatment of overlap syndrome patients quality of life. Methods A random number method 103 patients with overlap syndrome were divided into the experimental group 55 cases and control group 48 cases. Two groups of patients were implemented in routine treatment, experimental group on the basis of with bi-level positive airway pressure ( Bipap) ventilator therapy. 24 weeks later, using the health status questionnaire ( Medical Oatcome Stady Short-forn36, Mos Sf-36 ) to evaluate the patient's quality of life. Results After treatment, the health status questionnaire ( Mos Sf-36 ) in physiological function, life skills, emotional role function, mental health score increased ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Bi-level positive airway pressure ( Bipap ) ventilator treatment can improve the patients quality of life.关键词
