Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic features of aortic dissection (AD) characterized by neural dysfunction, and to explore the early diagnosis and therapy of aortic dissection. Methods The retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 12 cases aortic dissection with characteristic of neural dysfunction, which was collected from January of 2008 to May of 2011. Results The appearance of AD cases with damage in nervous system: Conscious disturbance in 4cases and single inferior extremity in 2 cases. 2 cases were paraplegina. Dizziness and headache was found in 2 cases. Apopsychia and semiplegia appeared in 1 case each. Conclusion It is popular for aortic dissection to manifest neural dysfunction. Physicians should be vigilance to it, reduce misdiagnosis.关键词
