摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the feasibility and safety of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol on labor induction of gestation in women from 10 to 14 weeks with scarred uterus. Methods A retrospective analysis of application of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol and clamp curettage on labor induction for 145 pregnant women with uterine scar in our hospital from December 2009 to January 2011, and during this period with the simple use of forceps curettage on labor induction in 132 cases with uterine scar were compared. Results Patients who were treated mifepristone in combination with misoprostol and clamp curettage got less pain,and surgery went well. Cervical dilation were complete and tissue forceps scratched easily with less bleeding. Conclusion The new way, which is mifepristone in combination with misoprostol and clamp curettage on labor induction of gestation in women from 10 to 14 weeks with scarred uterus,overcome the shortcomings of single-use forceps curettage and ensure safty in patients with uterine scar, less pain and less invasive method for the 10 to 14 weeks abortions.关键词
