摘要
Abstract
Objective To open out the relationship of COPD and the changing of the microcirculation and plasma ET, SOD, for provide the according as experiment to inchoate prevent and treatment. Methods 46 objects whose have diagnosed COPD as observer group and 40 objects whose health checked up as control group, the indexes of the WBV、PV、HCT、ERS and ET, SOD were measured. All the statistical analysis of the mean indexes were evaluate with FLSD test, P <0. 05 being considered significant. Results Above indexes of COPD have notably significant, compared with the control group, P<0. 05. Conclusion There have closed correlation between COPD and abnormal changing of indexes as microcirculation and plasma ET, SOD, and they showed the direct proportion to abnormal degree indexes and severity degree to COPD.关键词
