小儿防哮敷贴粉穴位敷贴对哮喘豚鼠血清IFN-γ和LXA4的影响
Effect of Acupoint Application Therapy with Child Defending-asthma Application Powder on Expression of IFN-γ and LXA4 of Asthma Guinea-Pigs
摘要
Abstract
Objective; Studying on IFN-y and LXA4 expression of asthmatic guinea-pigs treated by acupoint application therapy ( AAT) with Child Defending-asthma Application Powder ( CFAP) . Methods: 60 healthy guinea pigs were devided randomly into four groups (each group has 15 guinea pigs) : normal control group, model group, first treating group and second treating group. The three groups except normal control group were established asthmatic model in guinea-pigs allergized with OVA. The first treating group was treated with CFAP from the first day of BA molding made. Meanwhile, the second treating group was given the same therapy from the 11th days of aerosol inhalation with OVA. The two groups were treated for 30minutes, twice a day and ten days continuously. At the end of experiment, we took the sample blood to detect IFN-y and LXA4 with the way of ELISA. Results; The period of asthma induction was prolonged obviously in the first treating group with AAT and the second treating group (P<0. 01) ; The level of IFN-y in the first group with AAT and the second group were significantly higher than that of BA model group ( P<0. 01) ; The level of LXA4 in the first treating group with AAT was significantly higher than other three groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion; The CFAP can effectively prolong the period of guinea pigs asthma induction. The CFAP can contribute to the secretion of IFN-y in guinea pigs with BA, especially early used in the treatment, can contribute to the secretion of LXA4 in asthma guinea pigs.关键词
