摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects on peripheral blood cells of the aplastic anemia model rat treated with tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method. Methods; 36 Clean-class Wistar rats were randomly divided into,3 groups, namely control group, model group, treatment group (TKRE prescription). The control group was fed normal foods, model group and treatment group were given the 5-FU plus Myleran to induce AA model of rats. After that, the treatment group rats were fed with TKRE prescription l0g/kg · d for4weeks, later, observing the numbers of peripheral blood cells of each group. Results; The numbers of peripheral blood cells in model group and treatment group were significantly decreased than the control group, the numbers of peripheral blood cells in treatment group was higher after treated, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions : The tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method can increase the peripheral blood cell' s quantity of aplastic anemia model rats. It also has active actions on treating aplastic anemia.关键词
