Effect of Land Slug Extractive on Expression of P53 and hTERT Gene of Lung Cancer Cell
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To find out the effect of land slug extractive on P53 and hTERT gene expression. Methods; Lung cancer cell lines in vitro was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results; Land slug extractive could inhibit the expression of P53 and hTERT gene, and change expression of the Mutant P53. Conclusion; Land slug extractive possesses the inhibitory effects on Lung cancer cell may be realized by inhibiting the expression of P53and hTERT gene.关键词
