Abstract
To detect the expression of CD29, CD34, CD44, CD133, HLA - DR, vWF, MRP1, ABCG2, P75NTR and Nestin in mesenchymal stem cell - like cells isolated from human umbilical cord and placenta, respectively. The mesenchymal stem cell - like cells were isolated from human umbilical cord and placenta by tissue adherence, respectively. The surface antigens of the cultured cells were detected by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence in mesenchymal stem cell - like cells derived from human umbilical cord and placenta, respectively. The mesenchymal stem cell - like cells derived from umbilical cord and placenta expressed CD29, CD44, MRP1, ABCG2, P75NTR and Nestin, while CD34, CD133, HLA -DR and vWF were negative, and the fluorescence located in the cy-toplasm. The mesenchymal stem cell - like cells derived from human umbilical cord and placenta express the surface antigens of the mesenchymal stem cell.关键词
