摘要

Abstract

By Cyclic Voltammetry,the responses of s - BLM to ss - DNA linked with tetrachloro - fluorescein( TET) and pyrene were investigated. The response of s - BLM to ss - DNA turned up strongly each other,result show that the voltage and configuration of BLM is changed differently. It is indicated that the permeability of BLM is changed , the biosensor system based on s - BLM integrated with ss-DNA is likely to establish.
