头颈部鳞癌干细胞标志物的研究进展
Advances in Head and Neck Cancer Stem Cell Markers Research
摘要
Abstract
Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are a group of tumor cells with stem cell - like properties such as infinite self - renewal and multi-differentiation potential. Although rare,CSCs play important roles in tumor initiation,progression,recurrence and metastasis. Re-cent studies show that multiple CSCs are present, including head and neck squamous cell carcinomas. This article reviews the associa-tion of head and neck cancer stem cells with head and neck squamous cell carcinomas,biological characteristic of head and neck cancer stem cells, and identification marker, in the sense of research progress in CSCs and head and neck cancer stem cells marker.关键词
