不同甘薯品种苗期耐盐性比较
Comparison of Seedling Salinity Tolerance of Different Sweet Potato Varieties

Abstract
In order to screen varieties suitable to cultivation in saline soil of Yellow River Delta, four sweet potato cultivars from Shandong and Jiangsu province were used to examine the salt tolerance of their seedlings. The yellow leaf rate, death rate, salt injury rate, salt injury index, fresh and dry weight, relative growth increment and leaf area of seedlings were determined under 0 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L NaCl. The results showed that the yellow leaf rate, the death rate, the salt injury rate and the salt injury index of Jishu 21 were significantly lower, while those of Shenglibaihao were higher than those of the other cultivars after treated with 150 mmol/L NaCl. Moreover, the fresh and dry weight, the relative growth increment, the area of the third leaf of Jishu 21 were the largest under 150 mmol/L NaCl compared with the control. In a word, Jishu 21 had the best salinity tolerance, while Shenglibaihao had the worst. The salinity tolerance of the four varieties was in the order of Jishu 21 > Jishu 23 > Xushu 28 > Shenglibaihao.关键词
