大球盖菇菌丝生长最佳碳源研究
Study on Optimal Carbon Sources for Mycelia Growth of Stropharia rugoso - annulata
摘要
Abstract
Six carbon sources such as glucose and sucrose were selected for the experiment. The results showed that the optimal carbon source was sucrose with the suitable concentration as 1. 6% ~2.4% ,and then was maltose with the optimal concentration as 2.0%.关键词
