生姜根际姜瘟病拮抗菌的筛选及鉴定
Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Bacteria from Ginger Rhizosphere against Ginger Wilt
摘要
Abstract
Sixty - five bacteria isolates and forty - two actinomycetes isolates were screened from rhizo-sphere of ginger. Through antagonistic tests, one bacterium strain and two actinomycetes strains antagonistic to ginger wilt were obtained, which were designated as H16 -8, WF1 and JW02 -6, respectively. Based on the morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA, H16 -8, WF1 and JW02 - 6 were identified as Brevibacillus brevis, Streptomyces fradiae and Streptomyces laurentii respectively. Their GenBank accession numbers were EU812754, FJ972686 and FJ972687, respectively.关键词
