Effects of Sowing Date on Growth, Development and Yield of Peanut
摘要
Abstract
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different sowing dates on growth and de-velopment and yield of two types of peanut, Shanhua 9 and Shanhua 8. The results showed that the effect of sowing date on peanut yield was significant (P <0. 05 ) , and the highest pod and kernel yields could be ob-tained for the two varieties when sowed on May 5. The optimal sowing date was different according to peanut varieties, so to find out the optimal sowing date and cultivation patterns of different varieties was significant for the increase of yield and economic benefits.关键词
