CCR6-CCL20对食管鳞癌患者体内Th17细胞分布的影响
Effects of CCR6-CCL20 on the distribution of Th17 cells in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of CCR6-CCL20 on the distribution of Thl7 cells in patients with esopha-geal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The frequency of IL-17+ T cells within CD4+ cells and CCR6+ cells within Thl7 cells were measured by flow cytometry in tumor tissues, tumor-free tissues and peripheral blood. Real-time PCR was used to detected CCL20 mRNA. Results Compared with corresponding tumor-free tissue and peripheral blood, the levels of Thl7 cells were significantly increased in tumor tissues(P < 0. 01). In addition, the frequency of CCR6+ cells among Thl7 cells within tumor tissues were higher than those of tumor-free tissues and peripheral blood( P < 0.01). Furthermore, the mRNA levels of CCL20 in tumor tissues were significantly higher than those of corresponding tumor-free tissues (P < 0.01) , moreover, the levels of Thl7 cells were positively correlated with CCL20 mRNA levels. Conclusion The CCR6-CCL20 axis may play an important role in the Thl7 cells infiltrating into the tumor tissues.关键词
