磷酸化ERK、TGF-β受体Ⅱ和磷酸化Smad2蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of P -ERK ,TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 in esophageal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the roles of P-ERK,TpR II and P-Smad2 in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. Methods Western blot technique was used to detect the expression level of P-ERK, TpR II and P-Smad2 in 38 cases of esophageal cancer specimens and 12 cases of paracancerous esophageal tissue. Results Compared with the paracancerous esophageal tissue, the expression level of TpR II and P-Smad2 of the esophageal cancer specimens decreased, and the expression level of P-ERK increased ( all P < 0. 05 ) . No obvious correlation was found between expression of the three proteins and age, sex, histological differentiation or lymph node metastas; No obvious correlation was found between the expression of P-ERK, TpR II and P-Smad2. Conclusion There exist abnormal expression of P-ERK, TpR II and Smad2 protein; this may play an important role in the progression of esophageal cancer.关键词
