摘要

Abstract

A strain BP-8 was isolated and screened from the carbendazim-polluted soil by enrichment culture,and its growth and biodegradation characteristics were studied under different conditions of Ph,culture temperature,inoculum size,and added carbon and nitrogen sources. The results showed that this strain could grow by using carbendazim as the sole carbon source, and degrade 60. 8% of 100 mg/L carbendazim in mineral salts medium within 5 d,reaching even up to 93.2% in degradation rate of carbendazim after 0.5% yeast powder was added. The optimal Ph, temperature and inoculum size for the strain to degrade carbendazim were 6.0,30 ℃ and 5% respectively. The biodegradation rate was correlated positively to initial inoculum size within a certain range.
