利用F2群体对深水稻抗纹枯病QTLs定位
QTL mapping for sheath blight resistance of deep water rice by using F2 population
摘要
Abstract
An F2 population consisting of 286 individuals was constructed by crossing between 'HH1B' and 'RSB03' ,a deep water rice variety with good resistance to sheath blight. The population and parents were artificially inoculated with sheath blight fungus and their resistances to sheath blight were evaluated in terms of such indexes as disease rating(DR), lesion length(LL), lesion height(LH) and relative lesion length(RLL,or the ratio of lesion length to plant height). It was found by QTL mapping that four QTLs relative to sheath blight resistance were distributed on the 4th, 11th and 12th chromosomes,and the QTL on the 11th chromosome simultaneously controlled the DR and RLL. Also a total of 7 QTLs relative to heading date(HD)and plant height(PH)were detected.关键词
