脑出血术后血糖水平与预后的关系

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of blood glucose level in non-diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and fifty non-diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage received neurosurgery, including 84 males and 76 females with a mean age of 64 ± 4. 5 years old. The random blood glucose levels were measured within one week after admission. Results Fifty six patients with high blood sugar ( > 11. 1 mol / L) had higher mortality and poorer prognosis than those with blood sugar controlled ( ^ 11.1 mmol / L, n = 94). Conclusion Hyperglycemia in non-diabetic patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage may have a poor prognosis.关键词
