Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse events of CIG regiment (Ara-C, IDA and G-CSF) in treatment of untreated acute myeloid leukemia ( AML) , refractory AML/relapsed AML and elderly AML. Methods CIG regiment was used to treat 36 cmases of acute myeloid leukemia. The outcome was evaluated after 1 cmourse of treatment. The patients for whom treatment has failed were exited from the trial and the responders continued to receive another course of treatment. Patients were followed up, overall survival ( OS) were analyzed. Results For patients with CIG,20 cases achieved completely remission(CR) ,9 cases achieved partial remission (PR) , The total response rate was 80.55%. 14 cases were CR after the first course, 6 cases were CR after the second course. The median OS was 26 months. Conclusion Treatment for previously untreated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) , refractory AML/relapsed AML and eldly AML with CIG regiment is safe and effective.关键词
