Wnt/β-catenin and EGFR signaling pathway in carcinogenesis and progression of non-small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Wnt/p-catenin and EGFR signaling pathway are crucial in embryogenesis, tumor formation and progression. Studies have shown that Wntl and Wnt5a can activate EGFR signal pathway in mammary tumor; overexpression of EGFR in lung cancer can promote the accumulation of p-catenin in nucleus. It is indicated that cross-communication may exist between two pathways. This article reviews recent research advances in the function and cross-talking of these two pathways in non-small cell lung cancer.关键词
