糖尿病相关性胰腺癌的研究进展OACSTPCD
Research advances on diabetes-associated pancreatic cancer
胰腺癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病隐匿,恶性程度高,转移速度快,死亡率极高,因此,胰腺癌的早期诊断是目前研究的热点.近年来,发现糖尿病与胰腺癌的发生密切相关,很多学者倾向于糖尿病既是胰腺癌的临床表现又是其危险因素.此文对近年来糖尿病相关性胰腺癌的相关研究进展进行综述.
Pancreatic cancer is a serious threat to human health with hidden initiation, high malignancy, quick metastasis and high mortality. Therefore, early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is a hot spot for research. In recent years, it has been recognized that diabetes is closely related to the occurrence of pancreatic cancer, diabetes may be the clinical manifestations and the risk factor of pancreatic cancer.
